    Day 1: Aswan – Philae Temple, High Dam & Unfinished Obelisk
    Arrive in Aswan and meet your private guide. Begin your sightseeing with a visit to the beautiful Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis and located on an island in the Nile. Continue to the impressive High Dam, a modern engineering marvel that controls the Nile’s flooding and created Lake Nasser. Then visit the Unfinished Obelisk in the ancient granite quarry, where you will learn about the techniques used by ancient Egyptians to carve massive stone monuments. After the tour, transfer to your Nile cruise ship and check in. Enjoy lunch on board and relax for the rest of the day. Overnight on the cruise in Aswan.
